Call, text, or fill out the form above with as much detail as you can. No question is too small.
2. Get an honest estimate
You’ll hear back within one business day — often the same day — with a plain-English read on the problem and a cost estimate before any work starts. No payment is taken up front, and there are no surprise charges.
3. It gets fixed, explained plainly
Bring the device in by appointment (no home visits), get remote help, or — for businesses — book an on-site visit. Gary Amick does the work and explains what happened.
Honest policies
No home visits, on-site for businesses, not insured
This is a one-person hobby and second job, not a licensed contracting business. It isn’t insured, there are no in-home visits (home customers drop off by appointment; businesses can get on-site visits), repair is as low as $35/hr, and for repairs you choose the parts — from in-stock hardware or your own.
